Assistant to Director
The
American Language Institute Assistant to Director is
responsible for communicating with those who wish to
apply to the ALI and handling all administrative
tasks related to their admission.
Specific duties include:
1.
correspondence, fax, and telephone communication
with
interested parties abroad and in the US
2.
recruitment of students
3.
processing of ALI applications
4.
Creation of student database information
5.
Preparation of student orientation folders.
6.
Dissemination and coordination of housing
information and
housing arrangements by students
8.
Maintaining accurate and complete student records
9.
Reception and disbursal of scholarship information
10.
Processing acquisition of student visas, extensions
of visas, and
re-issue of visas.
11.
Processing requests for re-admissions
12.
Mailing students information and documents
16.
Representing ALI in director’s absence |
